Our Wedding Management Services allow you to be in charge of your vision, with added support from a team that’s dedicated to making your wedding planning experience hassle-free.
There are so many moving parts to planning a wedding, and our aim is to help you piece everything together as seamlessly as possible. Our Wedding Management Services feature all of the services offered in our Wedding Coordination Services - and much more. You get a little more hands-on planning services that go beyond simply setting up and coordinating the perfect day.
No matter which level of service you choose, we always begin with a kickoff call. This is where we get to know you and how you envision your perfect day. We’ll also take this time to learn about anything you’ve done so far to plan for the wedding, so we know where to jump in.

Our planning portal offers a centralized online hub to make it as easy as possible to keep track of dates, vendors, guests, and anything else wedding-planning related.
*With this package, you’ll have full access to the online planning portal, which features planning checklists, your detailed budget, copies of your vendor contracts, meeting notes, photos from any design mock-ups, and a variety of additional tools to help you through each step of the planning process. Angela will also provide additional guidance and tips through-out the planning process via the portal and/or email.
We’ll be in regular communication with you throughout the process to make sure everything stays on schedule and according to plan.
*You’ll also have three hours of dedicated consultation time with Angela, where you can ask questions and get in-depth guidance throughout the process.
After our kickoff call and our first check-in, we’ll reach out to your vendors to make sure they are clear on what is required of them on the day-of, and we’ll begin creating a wedding day itinerary. We work as a team with your vendors, because we understand that we’re all there to work together to make your day just the way you want it.

We’ll schedule and attend a final walk-through meeting at your reception venue as we get closer to your wedding day to make sure your plans are shaping us as you imagined, and so you can all visualize the day.
The week of your rehearsal and wedding day are when things start to get real. The moment you’ve been waiting for will be so close you can taste it. It might also be a little scary, but don’t worry - that’s what we’re here for!
We’ll be there for both the rehearsal and wedding to make sure that everything runs smoothly. We’ll coordinate with the florists and caterers to ensure everything is set up the way you want it, including any personal items you want on display.
*And finally, we’ll be there from setup to breakdown on your wedding day - making sure that the important people are where they need to be at the right times (including you!) and that any last-minute issues that pop up are taken care of so that you don’t have to worry.
