If you want to do most of the planning and just need somebody to make sure the day runs smoothly, then our Wedding Day Management service is perfect for you.
You’ve put it in all of the hard work selecting the right vendors, making the hard decisions, and figuring out your décor. Now as the wedding day gets nearer you are realizing that you may end up running around making sure it all flows smoothly when you should be relaxing and enjoying your special day! You don’t even want to think about if something goes wrong.
These concerns are normal though and every couple who has planned their own wedding runs into them sooner or later. Chances are that your wedding will go smoothly, but you will certainly have a lot to think about and coordinate on the day-of.
Our Wedding Day Management services are meant to ensure that your vision is carried out exactly how you imagined it while you can remain focused on your friends and family and just having a great time.
Management Starts at
You’ve spent months or more putting in the hard work of planning your wedding – make sure you can enjoy it with our Wedding Day Management service.
Wedding Day Management actually encompasses so much more than just your wedding day. We will start checking in with you about a month before your wedding so that we can get to know your vision, the vendors you’ve selected, and the special requests you have for your wedding. From there we will reach out to your vendors to make sure they are clear on what is required of them on the day-of, as well as create a wedding day itinerary.
Finally, we will be there for both the rehearsal and wedding to make sure that everything runs smoothly, that the important people are where they need to be at the right times (including you!) and that any last-minute issues that pop up are taken care of so that you don’t have to worry.
Don't Lift A Finger at Your Wedding
Many couples under-estimate the amount of setup and coordination required for an event as large as a wedding. Your other vendors will cover some of it, but there still ends up being a lot of work left to do that isn't covered by any of your vendors - including your location's Site Coordinator. Somebody to manage your wedding day can help take care of all those little details so that you don't have to.
Tie Up Loose Ends Leading Up to Your Wedding
The month before your wedding can get very hectic as vendors start looking for last-minute confirmations, final invoices have to be paid, and dozens (if not hundreds) of other details need to be finalized. It's easy for things to fall through the cracks during this crazy-busy time, but a Wedding Planner actually starts their work weeks before, specifically so that they can help ensure that everything has been taken care of.
Make Sure Nobody Feels Rushed
Wedding Day Schedules are complicated things and hard to get right - even for a pro! Your Wedding Planner wants to make sure that you and your friends and family can enjoy the entire day without feeling rushed. They will work with you to make sure you have enough time to get everything done, while not making the day feel like one big whirlwind.
Don't Do Any Wrangling
A wedding doesn't just involve a lot of planning, it also involves a lot of people. These people don't always know exactly where they are supposed to be at any given time - or why they are supposed to be there. Your Wedding Planner and their assistants will keep you from frantically trying to find people and get them where they need to be for the important events.
Spend More Time With Your Guests
A wedding is a special day to share with your closest friends and family. By hiring a Wedding Planner, you'll be free to relax and enjoy the company of your loved ones while we keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
