But, you don’t want to end up running around making sure everyone is where they need to be, doing what they need to do on the day of your wedding. This is when you should be relaxing and enjoying time with your family, friends, and life partner/spouse-to-be.

Our Wedding Coordination Services are meant to ensure that your vision is carried out exactly how you imagined it, while you remain focused on your friends and family, just having a great time on the day of your wedding.
Many people assume Wedding Coordination Services are just about coordinating things on the day of your wedding, but think about it - how could we possibly coordinate your perfect day without months of planning? Wedding Coordination Services start well before your wedding day and include so much more than just coordinating the day itself.
No matter which level of service you choose, we always begin with a kickoff call. This is where we get to know you and how you envision your perfect day. We’ll also take this time to learn about anything you’ve done so far to plan for the wedding, so we know where to jump in.

Our planning portal offers a centralized online hub to make it as easy as possible to keep track of dates, vendors, guests, and anything else wedding-planning-related.
We’ll start checking in with you about a month before your wedding so that we can get to know your vision, the vendors you’ve selected, and any special requests you have for your wedding day. From there, Angela will communicate with you periodically leading up to the wedding day to make sure everything stays on schedule and according to plan.
After our kickoff call and our first check-in, we’ll reach out to your vendors to make sure they are clear on what is required of them on the day of, and we’ll begin creating a wedding day itinerary. We work as a team with your vendors because we understand that we’re all there to work together to make your day just the way you want it.
We’ll schedule and attend a final walk-through meeting at your venue as we get closer to your wedding day to make sure your plans are shaping us as you imagined, and so you can visualize the day.
The week of your rehearsal and wedding day is when things start to get real. The moment you’ve been waiting for will be so close you can taste it. It might also be a little scary, but don’t worry - that’s what we’re here for!
We’ll be there for both the rehearsal and wedding to make sure that everything runs smoothly. We’ll coordinate with the florists and caterers to ensure everything is set up the way you want it, including any personal items you want on display.
And finally, we’ll be making sure that the important people are where they need to be at the right times (including you!) and that any last-minute issues that pop up are taken care of so that you don’t have to worry about a thing.
*Wedding Coordination Services are limited and only can be booked within 6 months of the wedding date*
*On the day of your wedding, Angela will be onsite for a set number of hours based on your wedding itinerary and setup/coordination needs.*
