You’ve put it in all of the hard work selecting the right vendors, making the hard decisions, and figuring out your décor. Now as the wedding day gets nearer you are realizing that you may end up running around making sure it all flows smoothly when you should be relaxing and enjoying your special day! You don’t even want to think about if something goes wrong.

These concerns are normal though and every couple who has planned their own wedding runs into them sooner or later. Chances are that your wedding will go smoothly, but you will certainly have a lot to think about and coordinate on the day-of.

Our Day-of Coordination services are meant to ensure that your vision is carried out exactly how you imagined it while you can remain focused on your friends and family and just having a great time.


Our Day-of Coordination Starts at $997

You’ve spent months or more putting in the hard work of planning your wedding – make sure you can enjoy it with our Day-of Coordination service.

Day-of Coordination actually encompasses so much more than just your wedding day. We will start checking in with you about a month before your wedding so that we can get to know your vision, the vendors you’ve selected, and the special requests you have for your wedding. From there we will reach out to your vendors to make sure they are clear on what is required of them on the day-of, as well as create a wedding day itinerary.

Finally, we will be there for both the rehearsal and wedding to make sure that everything runs smoothly, that the important people are where they need to be at the right times (including you!) and that any last-minute issues that pop up are taken care of so that you don’t have to worry.

  • Assigned Angela Marie Weddings Staff to include at least 1 Lead Planner and 1 Assistant Coordinator.
  • 2-hour “Final Days” meeting approximately 14 days prior to your wedding.
  • Help client finalize last wedding vendors.
  • Preparation and management of all wedding day itineraries and schedules.
  • Management of items to be taken to ceremony and reception picked up before the wedding (guest book, Ketubah, marriage license, programs, menu cards, cake knife, favors, escort cards, place cards, etc.).
  • 1 Assistant Coordinator(s) on-site to assist Lead Planner with ceremony and rehearsal to a maximum of 10 hours.
  • Unlimited access to Wedding Emergency Kit throughout the wedding day.
  • Set up of wedding accessories not already covered by another vendor including guest book, place cards, favors and minimal decor items.
  • Direction of the wedding party and family during ceremony and reception (i.e. letting everyone know where to stand during ceremony, when to walk down the aisle, how to line up for grand entrance, when they will be giving toasts, etc.).
  • Distribution of final payment and gratuity to vendors.
  • Coordination of the delivery of wedding items and gifts to couple or assigned family member.
  • On-site supervision of all vendors at ceremony and reception, to ensure that they are following the confirmed timeline and that they are acting appropriately and responsibly.
  • 1-hour “Home Stretch” meeting approximately 45 days prior to your wedding.
  • 1-hour “Walk-Through” meeting on-site with the wedding couple and site manager to discuss event flow and set-up (if feasible)
  • Final details and timing confirmed with all vendors the week of the wedding.
  • Lead Planner on-site to coordinate wedding rehearsal to a maximum of 90 minutes.
  • Lead Planner on-site to coordinate wedding ceremony and reception to a maximum of 10 hours.
  • Detailed schedule of your wedding day finalized and distributed to your wedding vendors.
  • “Wedding Details Book” to be completed by the couple and used by the Lead Planner as a guide for the wedding day.
  • Supervision and management of gifts and transportation to safe location during ceremony.
  • Supervision of all ceremony and reception set up (note: this does not include the supervision of setup any earlier than the day of the wedding). This includes overseeing all event rentals on the day of the wedding and ensuring that everything is placed properly according to our pre-approved layout.
  • Management of all event rentals on the day of the wedding, ensuring that all rentals are kept track of and set up appropriately.
